dashica big sdp u

i was excited to get this order.  i purchased several plates and some stamping polishes from dashica. 

the image below is from the big sdp u plate.

the polish worked perfectly for stamping.  with any stamping i've done before i have only used cult nails - nevermore, so having some colored polishes will be a nice change.

for the base color i used 3 thin coats of nail nation 3000 - eleanora.  the post for that polish without a stamp is here.  1 coat of seche vite was used over the whole thing.

if anyone wants to see specific images from the dashica plates stamped, let me know.   i have the big sdp plates in D,  F, P, K, J, L, U, V.  i wouldn't mind ordering some more, there are so many designs that are totally my style on other plates.

shipping was pretty fast.  i ordered on june 28th and everything was delivered to mom's on july 6th.

i totally need to work on practicing how to line up half/french tip images.  that, and longer nails would help ;)

nailnation 3000 - green holo topcoat

this is 2 coats of china glaze - budding romance, 2 sponged coats of china glaze - liquid vinyl near the tips of my nails and 2 thin coats of the green holo topcoat.

i keep falling more in love with these topcoats....

no cleanup on this pic since i was sponging over it anyhow.

i love shades like this color of green.

nailnation 3000 - pink holo topcoat

this is 1 of 5 silver/gray cancelling holo topcoats available from nailnation.  i'm in love.  you get crazy holo without having the base color you choose being over-ran with silver or gray, like what usually happens with holographic topcoats.

this is 2 thin coats of the pink holo topcoat over 2 coats of mimosas before mani's.  1 coat of seche vite.

enchanted polish - kids

i completely forgot to post this one after i wore it.  oops.

this was 2 coats of kids over 1 coat of cult nails - nevermore.

nail nation 3000 - a mid summer nights dream

quick post before i get offline for the night and get junk ready for work this weekend :(

2 coats of a mid summer nights dream.  wore this alone yesterday.  then today i decided to stamp.  the image was off of the drk-a plate, i used barry m's silver foil polish to stamp with.  i currently have fnug's igel topcoat over the top.  it didn't smudge the stamping at all, which is good to know.

ninja polish - mystic glacier

the bottle i got didn't have a sticker on the bottom.  just had to go look up the name on ninja polish's site ;)

this is more opaque in person, you don't see the nail line at all.  i want to try to layer it over a white or light gray the next time i try this to see how it turns out.

 the shimmer in this is soooo strong, it doesn't hide in any light. 

this does flash to green at certain angles as well, but i wasn't able to get it with my camera.

you can kinda see the green flash in this picture.  it's way more noticeable in person.

drk-b stamping and china glaze gradient

the drk-b plate was purchased from ninjapolish.com  i did a sponged gradient with china glaze - mimosas before manis and snap my dragon.  the black used to stamp with is cult nails - nevermore.

the gradient was kind of hard to capture on camera.  it definitely was there though  :P

the smudging that happened on this one was my fault, i didn't wait long enough to add seche vite.  the image stamped perfectly.
