1 coat of china glaze - son of a peach used for the base color. i then sponged with opi - can you dig it? and son of a peach. nailnation 3000 - black was used for stamping. this one worked really well, i'd say probably even better than cult nails - nevermore, which is what i'd stamp with previously. the consistency seemed better.
the opi is one that i bought when i was in high school. guess that goes to show how long polish can stay good ;)
this one was so pretty in person. i need to do another stamped gradient soon.

dashica big sdp - u and gradient
for this one i used opi - my vampire is buff for my base color. i then sponged butter london - cheeky chops, china glaze - snap my dragon, and china glaze bizarre blurple. once dried i stamped with an image from dashica's big sdp - u plate. excuse the lint from cotton on the plate.
i'm really happy with the gradient, it's probably the best one i've ever done. i did dampen the sponge, i hadn't tried that with previous gradients, so that has to be what made the difference.

nailnation 3000 - pink holo topcoat
this is 1 of 5 silver/gray cancelling holo topcoats available from nailnation. i'm in love. you get crazy holo without having the base color you choose being over-ran with silver or gray, like what usually happens with holographic topcoats.
this is 2 thin coats of the pink holo topcoat over 2 coats of mimosas before mani's. 1 coat of seche vite.

drk-b stamping and china glaze gradient
the drk-b plate was purchased from ninjapolish.com i did a sponged gradient with china glaze - mimosas before manis and snap my dragon. the black used to stamp with is cult nails - nevermore.
the gradient was kind of hard to capture on camera. it definitely was there though :P
the smudging that happened on this one was my fault, i didn't wait long enough to add seche vite. the image stamped perfectly.

photo dump
i haven't posted lately due to lack of time and lack of feeling motivated lol. it has been a busy month with stuff with my dad and mom going on.
anyhow, i've still taken pictures of manicures and instead of making posts for each of these i'm just going to dump them into one post. i'll try to start posting regularly again because someone *cough* brooke *cough* keeps on my ass every time i talk to her. thanks, sister.
anyhow, most of these have bottle shots of what was used. if there are any questions, feel free to ask and i'll try to remember what was used. the literary lacquers one was purchased from their etsy. cult nails was from cultnails.com, china glaze was from sally's and everything else was purchased from llarowe. i swear i will never let my posts get this far behind again.

halloweenish marble
so, cleanup on this was a bitch. i ran out of tape, but still decided to just go for it, so excuse around my cuticles. they got flooded when i did the actual marble.
i used orly 'decades of dysfunction' as my base, then marbled with cult nails 'nevermore' and 'deal with it' along with china glaze 'roguish red', which is definitely an orange and not so red.

china glaze bohemian water marble
this may be my favorite water marble. it didn't want to photo how it looks in person...guess too much shiny is going on. i doubt i'll wear these colors on their own...other swatches i've seen online don't impress me, especially after having ozotics and enchanted polish duo and multichromes...but those are too expensive for me to even think of using in a marble. when these go on sale at sally's i'm pretty sure i'm picking up another set because i can see going through these colors fast with marbling.
i only got 5 of the 6 colors in this collection, the sally's i go to was out of deviantly darling.
this is pic heavy...for a reason. so gorgeous.

china glaze water marble - neons
this was done using colors from the summer neon collection. i used sun-kissed, orange you hot, love's a beach and some old sally hansen black i had. i haven't done a marble in a while since my nails were cut way down, but they're back to where i can start doing them and not have it look so smushed together.

right
you really can't tell pink was used, it turned inot the darker orange. i still like how it turned out, so i'm ok with that.
